I hired Mr. Neustein in 2008 he kept us out of foreclosure for four years , he won the case and was able to get some of the attorney's fees reimbursed by the bank and the best is that we were able to keep our home.

I contacted Neustein Law with about two weeks notice, prior to a Summary Final Judgement (Foreclosure) and the firm was able to deliver big. Not only did they deliver big, they delivered fast, negotiating an equitable agreement in a very convoluted, albeit difficult relationship with the lender.
I followed their advice and it ended in 100% success! I can't recommend this firm enough.

I had the pleasure of getting to know Mr. Rinaldi through his work with my daughter in her dispute with her landlord over unjustified retention of a security deposit and their failure to uphold their end of the lease. Mr. Rinaldi kept me and my 100 year old DAV father of WWII (Marine Corp) warm and dry in my home for over 6 years while defending my case every step of the way and he did an "OUTSTANDING" job all the way to the very END! He even negotiated a large sum of money for me to turn my house over for "CASH FOR KEYS". With that money I was able to bury my father with RESPECT, move out, and start a new life somewhere else. During my initial consultation Mr. Rinaldi was very straightforward. He explained every possible outcome in layman's terms, concerning my debt collection matter. Within days of being retained, he filed documents on my behalf with the court and initiated communication with the Plaintiff's attorney. I expected my case to be open for 9-12 months. However, because of Mr. Rinaldi's experience in debt collection matters he was able to get the Plaintiff to voluntarily dismiss the case with prejudice. What I expected to take up to a year, Mr. Rinaldi got resolved within 30 days of being retained. I couldn't have asked for a better result.

If you are looking for an attorney for family law matters Matthew Hunt is the best money can buy. I initially hired Mr. Hunt after I fired another attorney who took my money, did not bother to file divorce paperwork, and would not return my calls or emails. Mr. Hunt did more in the first day of hiring him than the other attorney did in months. It was like a huge weight was lifted off my shoulders knowing I now had an attorney I could trust. He was able to reverse the damage that resulted from my previous attorneys’ poor representation. I have been to multiple hearings, mediations, and a deposition with Mr. Hunt. Mr. Hunt’s preparedness was apparent during each of these instances. I’ve had conversations with Mr. Hunt and have been completely surprised when he remembers instances I’ve spoken to him about, emailed him about, and things that happened during prior years. I can truly say that I trust Mr. and his decision-making ability, mainly because he has shown me time and time again the positive results that happen afterwards. Mr. Hunt got me thru the most traumatic time of my life. He was accessible to me at all times and went above and beyond to keep me up to date. For part of my divorce I was living in a different state and Mr. Hunt took this in stride and did whatever he had to including getting it approved for me to attend a few of the hearings via phone. He exudes a confidence that really put me at ease.

Matt personally handled my divorce which involved me dealing with custody of my children and paying of alimony, he also helped navigate me as I was a business owner. I was very firm with Mr. Hunt on what I wanted and he over delivered on every aspect. I get my kids more than I thought I would, I pay less than was estimated, and it was all handled on one day. No one else in their industry is as skilled as this man. Do not let these 1 star reviews say you as they are all written by clients of the other side, when you don't hire the best. You shouldn't expect to win. I hired the best so I won.

Tim Weaver did a superb job handling my legal problem. Very respectful of my situation and a great listener, he never over-promised me anything. He is reasonably priced and my outcome (once he laid out all the evidence for me) was much better than expected.
He did a great job explaining my situation and the options available. He even provided guidance on things I could do before we went to court that would ultimately be in my favor. He took advantage of every opportunity (no matter how small) that I truly believe eventually reduced the time and penalties I could've received.
Tim's staff also did an amazing job "behind-the scenes" as they were always available to take my questions, provide information, or pass along my concerns to Tim when he was out of the office.
Nobody wants to be in the position where they require an attorney. However, I wouldn't hesitate to hire Tim again if needed. He treats his clients like family members and never hesitates to go the extra mile for their benefit.

Natasha is an amazing lawyer and all around great person. Natasha went above and beyond to help me. She was sincere, empathetic, knowledgeable and kind. She listened to our issues and actually cared about helping us find a solution. Many lawyers make you feel like you are not a priority, but that is not the case with Natasha. She does not make you feel rushed, nor does she judge you. She is upfront and honest, which is a rare quality in anyone these days. If something was beyond her scope or not her expertise, she was completely honest and told us immediately.
Natasha put the client first and does not want to waste their time or money. If there was something she thought we could do ourselves, she told us. She would happily help us, but gave us the option to do it ourselves if it was something fairly simple, but if we felt it was more than we could handle she made it clear she would handle it for us.
