My son Officer Michael Weiskopf of the St. Petersburg Police Department went in to the hospital with Covid 8/1/21 and his wife would not let us have any contact with Michael. She would not let us text him, call him, face-time him or visit him. She told the nursing staff not to give us any information on my son's condition. If we wanted any updates, we would have to go through her. She was giving us erroneous information and that is when we found our Guardian Angel Matt. Matt worked miracles and we were then able to get correct information on my son's condition from a reliable source. He also helped us get an object in my name that Mike's wife didn't want to give us, even though it was her husband's wishes that his brother have this object. My son's wife never told us that my son died and that there was a funeral planned by the St. Petersburg Police Department.
Matt is one of a kind. He is compassionate, kind, caring, sensitive and is a super Professional. He knows his craft and he gets things done. I did a lot of research before hiring an attorney to assist me with the probate process. I ultimately chose Matt because I liked his website. He has plenty of videos that explain “legalese” for people like me who have no idea what it all means and he seemed really involved (something that a lot of attorneys aren’t). It turned out that Mr. Weidner was as involved as he seemed and he didn’t hesitate to answer any one of my million and one questions about what was happening during my daughter’s probate. Even though she had planned out her estate before her death and put everything in order and I had agreed to be her estate executive I have to admit to not having any idea what to do. I had agreed to the role because she asked me to, but luckily I came across Mr. Weidner and he made the whole thing seem much easier than the other lawyers I talked to.
In the end probate went well. Actually, it was draining and devastating but the process itself was easier than I thought it was going to be which was one burden lifted. When things have settled down for us in our new life without my daughter, I plan to go back to Mr. Weidner to talk to him about my own estate planning. Now that I’m raising my grandchildren, I have a lot of changes to make and I’m hoping Mr. Weidner can make it as easy as he did our probate.

By far one of the best experiences I have had when needing help. David and his law firm took all the stress off our backs and totally put our concerns at ease. We had an issue with our HOA where we needed guidance and they were always there for us until the issue was fully resolved. We have to start off by saying the court system is not fair when it comes to dead beat parents. Child services took my children from their mother for various warranted reasons (drugs, abuse, neglect), things that we didnt even know they were going through because they we to scared to tell anyone. We were appointed a court appointed attorney which was horrible and after my first experience with my last lawyer we were very skeptical about hiring a new lawyer. Mara came recommended to us through a friend and I have to say it was the best choice we've made in this regard over the last 11 years. During this whole process of the court and child services giving their mother chance after chance to reunify, making us feel like we did something wrong, and forcing the kids to talk and see their mother when they didnt want to Mara stayed positive. She was there anytime we had a question, needed a meeting, or advice during this 2 year process. We are grateful to say that finally we have full custody, the kids have completed their therapy, and they are happy and doing well in school.

If you truly want to save your home from foreclosure, you need Margery Golant on your side. Many, many nights laying there next to my wife, shaking instead of sleeping.
The feeling of abject failure and the loss of so many years of work and dreams.
My initial mind set when I got behind on my mortgage was “I didn’t pay and I deserve to get foreclosed”. It certainly is a pretty straight line to that opinion. And you can rest assured that the so called judges in the Foreclosure Court, who are appointed, not elected, by and large believe this is true too. The long process of defending ourselves from the loss of our family home, which was the repository of every bit of our income (beyond consumables) for most of our lives, was an eye opening experience and some hard lessons about the law and in particular lawyers.
Lots of lawyers will line up to take your money, and as much of it up front as they can get you to pay. I have more than several acquaintances who paid eight thousand, ten thousand dollar retainers. This was quickly burned up on ticky tack back and forth with the bank/servicer and then they lost their homes. One leader in my scout troop found out she was going to auction 7 days before it happened and her family of 5 had to move in with her mother in law.
I’m here to tell you what you need is a Knight. On a Crusade. And that is who Margery Golant is to her clients. When she says: “I am personally disturbed to see consumers being taken advantage of…” she really means it and I have seen it many times in our long and SUCCESSFUL battle to not be foreclosed. Ms Golant had 3 judges disqualified from our case for public comments they had made that clearly showed the bias so prevalent in Foreclosure Court. She had our case removed from the Foreclosure division and put in Civil, where the judges answer to the voters, and care that the decisions they make are legally valid. She had the Service of the foreclosure thrown out 6 times. She fought a brilliant war of counter tactics and strategy that went on for well over 9 years. It seems crazy looking at it written here. Meanwhile my kids grew up in their home and thrived. Words can’t express our gratitude and if you are in this terrible situation, believe a survivor that this is your best choice for representation.

I contracted with Mr. Arcia's firm to help with a difficult mortgage refinance.
I had tried unsuccessfully to renegotiate my mortgage on my own. The lender was very happy to raise my monthly by $2000 when my lousy mortgage signed at the peak of the housing craziness converted from fixed to variable.
Mr. Arcia's staff took care of all the details during the 18-month process. Through it all they kept me informed and promptly answered any questions I had.
In the end I was able to stay in my home while actually paying a few hundred dollars a month less than before.

Attorney Ozment and his staff were extremely helpful in guiding me through my Chapter 7 case. From the first meeting, I knew that I wanted his office to represent me. He outlined my options, explained everything about bankruptcy and filing simply and clearly, told me how much it would cost and payment options, helped me to understand the differences between the various chapters, and followed me through the process every step of the way. A week before my trustee meeting, his office scheduled an appointment for me to talk with Atty. Ozment by phone so he could explain the trustee meeting, how it would work, what questions I might be asked, and to go over information in my petition to make sure I understood all the details in the document. I've been working on this review for awhile, trying to find the right words and best way to express how grateful I am, and how incredible Jeff and his team are. My custody case was my ex trying to move out of state and take the kids away. In a very real way, I put my (and my kids') lives in his hands. He is absolutely, without doubt, the attorney you want when this horrible scenario becomes your reality.
I strongly recommend Jeff Klein. I've retained him twice, in back-to-back custody issues. The most recent was to fight/oppose the out-of-state relocation which ended with a 2 day Trial, that we won. Not only is he an amazing attorney with the experience and intellect to understand the nuances of the courtroom, opposing counsel, the law, and get a good read on the situation and how to navigate it, but he is a decent human being. Jeff, and his legal team, genuinely cared about my case and took it to heart. Jeff and his team worked relentlessly on my case as it quickly spiraled into a very complex, high conflict custody battle. Jeff deftly maneuvered and had a solid legal strategy to win. He is very quick. He was excellent in catching on to things at Trial that opposing counsel was doing and was able to get objections in that greatly benefited my case.

Mike Ziegler and his team are simply awesome! I was sued by a debt collector and didn't really know what to do. The first two lawyers I reached out to were "too busy to take on the case" but I finally made contact with Ziegler Diamond on the morning of my court appearance. He took over everything right away and went to court for me about 45 minutes after taking the case. In the end, he settled the debt for half of the total cost which is exactly what I asked for. I couldn't be more satisfied! I'm extremely impressed with the outcome and would definitely hire Ziegler Diamond again. I highly recommend Mike Ziegler and his firm for any debt or bankruptcy needs. I came to Mr. Kaleel after losing an BBB arbitration case against Ford for our brand new F150 King Ranch truck. I had the truck in the shop multiple times and finally filed for the Lemon Law and followed all the appropriate steps to take the vehicle to the BBB arbitration for a repurchase. Even though the problem with the vehicle continued to exist, the arbitrator failed to award the repurchase. I rejected the decision and started looking for representation. I called many law offices and most everyone wanted to pursue Ford with a warranty claim. Mr. Kaleel was the only one I found willing to pursue the claim to arbitration under the Lemon Law.
I hired him and he took the time to go over all the accumulated documents up to that point, and he was extremely helpful and thorough as he gathered the necessary information to win the case. He could not believe that the arbitrator from the BBB did not award the buyback and was confident that we would get the repurchase from the Attorney General Arbitration Board.
He soon drafted a letter to Ford and the Attorney General Lemon Law office with the intent to move forward with the arbitration. We immediately got a response from Ford that they would repurchase our vehicle! After a few weeks of dealing with Ford's counsel, which we found very difficult, Mr. Kaleel was able to negotiate an amazing deal that we were very happy with. Ford, although they didn't have to, payed most of the Attorney's fees as well!
Although I wish I could have avoided the entire Lemon Law experience, I would not hire anyone else to go up against a giant company like Ford. Mr. Kaleel did an excellent job and it was an outstanding win! I highly recommend his services if you are in a similar situation.
