Mr. Jewell was extremely helpful during a security clearance adjudication and subsequent appeal. A medical provider in the Air Force had rendered a harsh evaluation, and Mr. Jewell helped build, review, and submit responses to the Department of Defense Consolidated Adjudications Facility (DOD CAF). Although my clearance was revoked, Mr. Jewell continued working and engaging through the appeal process. He provided timely and accurate information on both the clearance adjudication and appeal processes. Developing a plan for a second medical evaluation and separate medical opinion, Mr. Jewell helped my case be successfully appealed and my security clearance reinstated. He was always responsive when called or emailed, even through roughly 20 months of the clearance adjudication and appeal process. Although military members can self-represent in the process, Mr. Jewell backing my response submissions gave me great peace of mind, especially when it felt that I was being outcast by the entire base medical community. I also felt that my leadership took my case more seriously when notified that I had hired an attorney. I would never want anyone to go through the same experience, but I sincerely appreciate all the help, effort, and support from Mr. Jewell over such an extended time frame. It was very comforting and uplifting to know at least one person truly believed my side of events, and he was willing and capable to prove the facts.

Very knowledgeable, considerate, and compassionate One being a character not always found in every attorney. When an attorney states not interested because a significant monetary gain is not involved, one is then forced to ask - why is that more of a priority than supporting and protecting the Rights of those who come to you for help - - like the oath doctors take, Do no harm. When consideration and compassion are removed from any matter/situation what really exists? A credit reporting issue required me to hire a lawyer for the first time ever. From start to finish I had no worries. If you have credit disputes, and debit collectors harassing you , call Mr. Bingham . I hired Mr.Bingham to represent my case with regards to a credit dispute , and we won. My wife's father passed away recently. In her time of grief, one of her brothers filed a will leaving the entire estate to him. We were very suspicious and decided to hire an attorney. To our good fortune, we hired Ben Bingham. He immediately went to work investigating the situation. I returned a product to a store owner and he claimed he would issue me a credit on my credit card once his credit card machine was working again. He never did after multiple phone calls and then sent me a bad check. Melissa wrote him a letter to "put the fear of God (or fear of lawyers, perhaps)" into him, which seemed to work, since he finally sent me a check for my refund that cleared.

Ms. Brumbach represented my firm on two separate occasions. The first as a member of a legal team who defended us against a former client. Rather than meet to discuss the concerns in person, this client was persuaded by an aggressive law firm to resolve the matter through the courts. Their incentive being the expectation of a large insurance settlement from a policy we carried at the time.
The second was as our attorney in a suit to collect fees from a client who withheld final payment for work we performed. Rather than meet to discuss, this client ceased communication.
In both instances she became familiar with the facts very quickly and developed a well conceived plan for both our defense and the merits of our claim.
We would not hesitate to engage her if the need arose once again.

Jarred Welborn has got the FIGHT. In a State (like Alabama) where I thought there was no possible way for a man to gain custody of his son, Welborn made it happen! He asked all of the right questions, collected every bit of information possible, put pressure on the opposition when needed, felt my "pain", listened to what I had to say and won the case.
If you're in the middle of a family dispute, don't go anywhere else. Hire Jarred Welborn! I now consider him part of my family.

I needed the advice of a bankruptcy attorney. An acquaintance of mine, a previous client of Brea, recommended her highly.
I made the initial call for a first consultation, conveniently set for a Saturday morning.
Her office is located near the U of M with lots of free parking. I liked that.
Brea gives the immediate impression of caring, of being genuine.
We sat and talked. I explained my situation, that I had not yet decided to file for bankruptcy as a solution. She asked questions with a professional focus and efficiency and never once pressured me to a decision.
I left comforted with the tools needed to start a petition if I so decided.
I took a rather long time to file. Brea kept my creditors at bay.
My questions were always answered quickly by phone, text or email. Her directions were always clear and accurate.
In the end a court date was established. Brea met me at the court location, the court session minutes brief.
We all know each client case is different, but in my case I wish to note that my legal fees were very modest, quite below my expectations.
Now, in reading the reviews here, I see there is a consistent Five Star Theme. These Stars are earned. Please include mine.

It's been several years since my bankruptcy, and I've come to consider finding Brea to be one of the many blessings from God in my life. She volunteers her time at a free bankruptcy advice clinic, and when I met her there, I was extremely impressed by her combination of knowledge, compassion, and sincerity. Thankfully I had already spent a lot of time shopping around for a good bankruptcy lawyer, so when I met Brea I could easily recognize how amazing she was in terms of her personality, competency, and her fair pricing.
Brea was a true advocate during the bankruptcy process. She knew everything we would face, and she thoroughly advised us on it in advance. She never cut any corners or rushed us through things, instead she invested real, quality time into making sure we were coming through the bankruptcy in the absolute best way possible. On top of that, she stuck to all the laws and procedures and never even hinted at doing anything dishonest or halfway, which was important to me.

I was in a motorcycle accident earlier this year. The last thing you want to worry about when you are trying to recover from inuries like that is paperwork and dealing with insurance companies. Donald Christian has helped us with two legal issues. The firs involved an incident with a car that was loaned to someone and the car was wrecked. Don took my call on a Saturday and provided very clear and understandable direction on how to handle the situation. We followed his direction and resolved the situation without any further problems. Don not only provided sound direction but was a calm reassuring voice in a very stressful situation.

Going to Court can be a very intimidating and expensive proposition and I have had some bad experiences.
But, that was not the case working with Joseph D. Sullivan.
In addition to being a very experienced trial litigator, Joe had a very good “bedside manner.” I felt very comfortable discussing my legal matter with Joe and working with him in general.
I felt that he was honest in his billing and very upfront about the cost. Joe could think well on his feet and made the process understandable for me.
I don’t want to go to Court again, but if I had to, I would not hesitate to work with Joe again.
