Edward Vitale essentially held my hand thru my first time home buying experience; which can be both exciting and scary. I purchased a cooperative apartment, a process with a lot of back forth, between the co-op management, seller, bank, and lawyers. During this process, Edward explained to me everything that was going to take place, step-by-step. He presented a very realistic time-frame of when to expect closing. He was able to answer all my questions in a very clear, easy to understand, manner. I was very impresses with his professionalism, knowledge, and friendly manner.
During the progression, he reviewed with me the sales contract and proposed modifications that were for my benefit. He dealt fully with the other attorney without being outmaneuvered. Explained at closing all the documents I signed. Whenever we met, he was very flexible and accommodating to my schedule and always returned messages in a timely manner.

An absolute amazing man and a wonderful staff to match. I didn't know how to use technology when he helped me in my time of need. So this is a few years after the matter. My husband had just passed away and I found out the insurance company didn't want to pay up. My sister referred me to this angel. He got me my husband's policy I was owed. It was a hard time for me and I didn't know how to deal with this part and i was crying uncontrollably . He was so professional, yet an understanding human. He told me to ake all the time I needed, because the thought of signing these papers seemed so final on his death, that it was a realization to me that he was really never going to come back to me. It's going to be 8 years on the 24th of February. Not a day goes by that I remember the kindness that he and his staff gave me, as this was and still is the first REAL loss (close to me), that I've experienced. The are basura I just recommended this service the case a year ago and it’s still waiting. Mi friend said I’m waiting and waiting and the said the lost the paper work I don’t know and it looks like this one is like a scam so him pay in full so they can make more faster service but still I don’t don’t get any results. They say the need more paperwork for him so don’t even send the applications to the usis . The have before other real lawyers have it before they take care quickly. The only thing they can not do more because that step 2 are frozen but with this services of Narciso just only take you money at time, maybe can be more faster I you hire real one .. still no answer no clue and I have a answer for different lawyers. They have in his network I never the only first time to talk to the original Narciso. It was the time I open the case I was by video conference since that time I don’t know nothing about it so check first before you use the service maybe help you but in this case is the first time it’s like frozen and no answers and I tried to cancel but you money never get back be aware no pay in full I don’t see any service done. I called for a consultation with Marlon Bates, ot expecting much. I was having troubles trying to figure out my options and routes needed for adverse possesion/heirship/ect. He gave me 3+ more ideas options than ANY other real estate attorney in Utah! He was extremely thorough during our call, explaining everything and answered ALL of my questions (even though many sounded dumb coming from a young woman in her 20s).

Attorney Marlon Bates went above and beyond in advising me and drafting an agreement to modify and modification to easement for my house purchase and I'm 100% sure I would not have been able to go through buying my first house without his help.
This was my first every need for an attorney, so I found Marlon through just the regular online search. After sending inquiry to over half dozen attorneys I found, Marlon was the very first to respond with immediate availability. He spent more than an hour on our consultation call, providing more than I was hoping to learn and get advice on the my easement situation. He left on a family vacation the week after but he was still very responsive to my questions and when I decided to move forward with the house with only left few days till diligence deadline, he was able to provide me with the perfect agreement and easement modification draft that I needed to close on my house with a peace of mind. In addition, he was able to clearly outline the risks and the steps that I needed to know and take to fully implement the contract and the modification.
Buying my first house with easement issues was a very scary decision and I would have never gone through buying this house if it wasn't for the reassuring consultation and the contracts and modification drafts that Marlon provided. I would go through this all over again with his help.
Ultimately, I ended up with a better term on the house and more favorable modifications to the easement than I would have initially accepted on the house.

I have had two cases for Phillip. The first was a business transaction gone bad and required extensive discovery, finding details and analysis of documents. Phillip never stopped looking for the last bit of strength. In the final days he was able to get a favorable settlement from a tough Chapter 11 case.
The 2nd was on behalf of my grandson. He had an opportunity to become a 1/3 partner in a business where he was the acting manager. My Grandson knew my business and knew II was required to use competent legal advise. He asked me to look at the deal proposed by his, then, employer. I was in a pretty severe car accident. The guy who hit me was completely at fault, and there were all sorts of difficult pieces to my case. I am so glad I found Cameron and his team after I was rear-ended by another vehicle during my work day.
I had just moved to a new city and was completely shaken up about the whole situation.

I live in north central North Dakota. I love the state, and area, and it has been home my entire life. The problem with the area is that, through past trials and tribulations, I know, as does anyone else living locally, that finding a lawyer that is willing to work with you is near impossible, especially in civil cases. In talking to a friend, I was given the name of Jonathan Friedler, and his current firm, Solem Law Office, based out of Beulah, North Dakota. I had been served a temporary, yet false domestic violence protection order. The order certainly infringed on my constitutial rights, and after a lot of back and forth within myself I decided I should find legal consultation. I left the time frame fairly narrow at this point. I contacted Jonathan four days before my court appearance date, and without even asking for a penny, he went to work for me in an extrodinary amount of time. He helped me file the proper paperwork, and left me with an amazing sense of ease. He assured me that we would get through this, and I did not doubt the urgency and honest infliction he put upon his words. To cut a long story short, I won on my day in court, with the help of an honest man trying to help a fellow human. That is almost unheard of these days, and he completely shattered my expectations. He went as far as to have given me every piece of advice possible to a common man, to have told me that he lives a fair amount of miles away, and that I could retain the documents he had drafted and brought it to a lawyer who was closer to save me money. I was not having any part of that. When a person puts in the type of work Jonathan did in the time frame he was given, they should be awarded with your business. In short, the decision to hire Jonathan was a calculated one, in that I knew I was working with someone who actually took the time to care, and understood every part of the law. I have been going through some extremely trying family issues as of lately. My son was taken across state lines without my consent, and the only way to get him back was to file through the courts and start the custody proceedings. I have been a paralegal my entire life and embarrassed to say that I found myself in a horrible civil litigation matter. I purchased a home in December 2012 only to find leaks, mold, and dry rot the day I moved in. Even though I hired a home inspector and obtained pest and roof inspections, they all failed me and the seller lied and didn't disclose the massive mold and dry rot issues and standing water under the home. It was a nightmare and I had to move out of 1/3 of my home and seal it off due to hazardous contamination. The seller later filed bankruptcy. I first hired a Lodi attorney who essentially did nothing but bill us $10,000 in a 6 month period. I then went to Art Small in Stockton, who took my case on contingency. If it weren't for him trusting in me and our case, I would have been screwed and lost everything. The case was complicated because of the bankruptcy, but Art fought on my behalf in both BK and civil court and ultimately I received far more than I ever would have expected. I won't be rich but can now finally make all repairs and then some. Art went above and beyond and put up with my constant questioning. I now consider him a personal friend. He is hard working, honest, and fair...something hard to find these days especially in an attorney. I've worked with many, but Art is as good as they come. He really knows his stuff, especially in debt collection and litigation, and how to play the game. The Lodi attorney basically told me I had no case but took my money anyway. Art worked diligently for 2.5 years because he believed I was wronged and that meant everything. Fortunately, it finally paid off for both of us. I highly, highly recommend him!!
