As a controller for a mid-sized company, we had sent some delinquent business accounts first to a collection agency and then to a lawyer. No luck. We then sent the accounts to Attorney Levine and received full payment on all three accounts within 3 weeks. She was amazing. Now we go directly to her and rarely a problem. Per her advice, we bring the smaller stuff to small claims court ourselves and avoid unecessary collection/legal fees. We highly recommend her.

Mr. Gordon represented us against a fraudulent building contractor. He was tenacious against the individual. After winning in court, and gaining a sizable judgement for us, he was able to turn that judgement into a secured lein on the individual's property. As you may know, judgements don't mean you will recover your losses, but the secured lein has provided the opportunity to actually recover our initial losses. Mr. Maxwell provided advice on how to enter an arbitration award as a court judgment. He is a good communicator and helped me understand the process, the costs, and the tradeoffs. I was especially impressed with Mr. Maxwell's interest in getting the best result for *me*. We had been trying to collect from a customer for almost two years with out any results. After contacting Mr. Lubyansky and telling him our situation he asked if we were prepared to go to court if we needed to. We said if that is what it will take, then yes. Mr. Lubyansky contacted our customer on our behalf and was able to negotiate a deal that would get us paid over an 8 month time, with the customer accepting penalties if he defaulted from the contract.
We will continue to use his legal services when needed, and I would recommend him 100%.

Atty. Clancy's professionalism and work ethic convinced me that he was a better choice than another attorney I was considering in my car vs. bike accident. Originally, I had inquired about another matter and he answered my litigation questions succinctly and effectively and then networked to get the best solution for me. I can't recommend Hanna-Aurelia enough. I had so many negative experiences trying to find an attorney to help with two different situations.
I got told to forget it, twenty five thousand dollars wasn't enough to bother with. I got put on hold, getting monthly bills but no results. The other situation was a friend and over and over got ignored then turned down for help.
In walks, marches, Hanna-Aurelia. She is just plain good people. She took my hand and promised to do her best, and her best is just amazing. In no time, the situation is seeing resolution.
She has been a friend, gone way beyond the call of duty. She is a brilliant woman, and even with that big heart, is tough as nails when that's what's needed.
I have had to consult with at least a half dozen attorneys the past few years, trying and trying to find help. None of them even come close to what Hanna-Aurelia does. It's like a whole other profession. Not sure what the other guys were doing. But, Hanna-Aurelia practices law. She has preserved her integrity and compassion.
